You are invited to an intimate event with sacred plant medicine and lots of healing energy to ground yourself, release blockages, negative emotion, open your heart and reconnect. ❤️
Plant Medicine Ceremonies are a type of Shamanic Healing in which we connect to the Spirit of a specific plant that has agreed to join us in Ceremony to bring us healing and work energetically with us. We will connect with this Spirit of the plant medicine and go through a transformative journey that will help us to release trauma, blockages and low vibrational energies stored in your body. This ceremony will help to expand your energy bringing more awareness and bliss to your life.
During this mini retreat we will also guide you through a 45min "Conscious Connective Breathing tecnique" that involves Breathwork, Stillness & Awareness. By controlling the breath, we can influence the body's sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, which play a key role in regulating our stress response.
We will finalise our afternoon with some powerful shamanic sound healing and energy healing (Reiki and Kundalini activation) to increase your supply of life force energy and help you to find peace and heal quickly.
Energy healing promotes relaxation, makes you feel calm and reduces your stress. You start moving toward your unique physical, mental and spiritual balance while your body's own healing mechanisms begin to function more effectively.
The dis-harmony of the body can get restructured by sound and different vibrations in the body. The calming sounds from singing bowls can induce a sense of peacefulness and relaxation. Furthermore, the tones of each bowls will enter your system and transform all the negative emotions into harmony.
Other shamanic and secret istruments will be played like shamanic drum, maracas, rain stick, ocean drum, Koshi chimes etc; to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit.
We are going to be serving two different plants medicines during this mini retreat:
❤️ RAPÉ is a sacred shamanic medicine used by many tribes of the Amazon as well as other South American indigenous cultures for thousands of years to ground you in the present moment. This plant has a very strong and masculine energy within - it is a powder made of various ashes of different sacred plants, combined with fine tobacco.
When applied and served in a manner that honors the tradition it is coming from, Rapé is a powerful medicine. It can provide insight, guidance, protection, connection, cleansing, and healing. It is a holy sacrament, not a substance, and thus should be treated accordingly. When working with Rapé, we call up the Rapé Spirit.
Rapé is often given outside for spiritual and practical reasons — such as a connection to nature, remove blocakges, clear the mind, grounding, clear negative energy or spirit entities.
The person giving or “blowing” rapé will sit across from the receiver. The blower will choose the appropriate amount based on the person’s experience level, the strength of the rapé and intentions.
Effects can vary significantly, ranging from physical body sensations to insights to, in some cases, visions. The experince can last from 15 to 30min and even 1h depending on the quantity, but this time can vary a lot from person to person.
❤️ SACRED CACAO is used as a heart opening medicine for people to safely experience awakening, revelation and inner healing. While the experience can be intense, it often leads to profound shifts in emotional well-being and personal growth. Embracing the cacao spirit in a sacred ceremony invites a journey into the depths of the emotional self, providing a platform for releasing trapped emotions and opening the heart to love, compassion and forgiveness.

Suiá is a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, certified in Sound and Reiki Healing, Spinal Energetics, Health Coaching, Access Bars ®, Plant Medicine facilitator and a Massage Therapist.
Through her own journey she has learned the importance of keeping a healthy mind and body to succeed in life.
Suia believes that intention, plant medicine, sacred sounds, energy channelling, vibrations, chants etc... can change the frequency of the world and heal our people.
As she sees it, we can manipulate vital energies and open portals, as everything that exists in the world emits oscillations it is possible to handle this energy.

Adrian has been a dedicated practitioner of holistic medicine since 2012. He loves empowering patients to understand their bodies and to discover the gentle power of the healing arts.
UK Reiki Federation Member and Reiki Master in Traditional Usui and Tibetan methods. Interventor, Breathwork Instructor and Spiritual coach among others.
Adrian has treated clients with a wide range of conditions including chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, headaches, adaptability to life change and sleep difficulties.

Not suitable for people suffering with panic attacks, several depression or anxiety.
Please do not attend the ceremony if you are feeling ill or with any type of flu.
PLEASE BRING: Yoga mat, blanket and cushion/pillow to sit on and an eye mask. Wear comfy and warm clothes. Water or a herbal tea is also advised.
CANCELLATIONS: No refunds, however, you may nominate another person to attend in your place if you are unable to attend the event as long as they can sign the general release of liability on the day of the ceremony (they must contact us 24h prior to the event)

WAIVER AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY In consideration of Aurora De Souza and Adrian Raembla for the purposes of the ceremony above I hereby attest that I have been informed about the possible side effects of using Rapé and Ceremonial Cacao, that I am in good health, and that my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I fully understand the risk inherent on the ceremony and accept for myself, my heirs, and my personal representatives full responsibility for personal bodily injury, death, or general losses that may occur as a result of my being a part of this ceremony.
I hereby indemnify and save and hold harmless the practioner (Aurora de Souza and Adrian Rambla) from any loss, liability, damage and cost I may incur due to my participation in this ceremony. I have read and accepted this waiver and release from liability, and further agree that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made. By buying this ticket on EventBrites, I agree to the above Contract and Release from Liability.
No experience of spiritual practices is required. We will be helping and guiding you with lots of love.
